ABOUT PLT
“Equipping God’s Shepherds for His Purpose”
Throughout biblical history, God has called men and women for specific tasks in specific seasons. The calling upon that person’s life never represents the completion of the task but the commencement of it.
The “called‟ still need to be discipled and developed. PLT provides a safe and supportive environment where a few good leaders gather to pray together, learn together and support one another to grow and continue their journey as disciple-making shepherds in their churches
(2 Timothy 2:2)
THE BURDEN
Pastoral ministry by nature can be very lonely. The challenge of living and pastoring in the 21st Century only complicates issues further and many are not thriving, but merely surviving. The burden then is to ensure that the shepherds have a place where they can be sheep (i.e. fed, watered, cleansed) before going back to the station post they have been assigned to by God – (Acts 20:20)
THE APPROACH
Gathering Leaders: We host exclusive, invitation-only gatherings for pastors to grow in their calling.
Fostering Relationships: Through peer connections and transparent accountability, leaders gain real friendships and collective wisdom.
Building Disciples: Leaders are continually discipled, equipping them with practical insights and functional training for ministry.
